108 Saludos al Sol En la práctica del yoga el numero 108 es muy especial, tiene un poder místico y espiritual, y aunque hay muchas explicaciones la que más me gusta es que el 1 representa a Dios o la verdad Divina, el 0 representa el alma absoluta y 8 representa lo infinito o eterno "El ser humano a través de la divinidad alcanza el infinito"En el yoga al principio de cada práctica se busca sembrar una intención "sankalpa" a la cual se le va a dedicar toda la energía generada; la intención puede ser una meta, cambiar algún habito, mejorar algún aspecto de la vida, incluso se la puedes dedicar a alguien que creas que la necesita o algún deseo que se quiera logar el siguiente año. Realizar 108 saludos al sol es una tradición que se realiza para celebrar cambios de ciclo pues se genera una energía específica cuya frecuencia tiene equilibrio entre lo masculino, lo femenino y la totalidad. ❤
